Hysterectomy is removal of the uterus as such there is nowhere for the fertilized ova to grow nor as the cervix or vagina have been stitched close any chance of impregnation unless this is done by IVF. So it is not possible to become pregnant after hysterectomy. Your surgeon should have explained this before surgery and the consent form you signed made it clear that you will be infertile.

∙ 11y agoYou could not get pregnant after the procedures that are usaully referred to as "partial hysterectomies". The safest bet would be to ask a Doctor Who knows exactly what was done.
