Here are some things to help you consider:

Joyfully give people more than they expect.

Marry someone you enjoy talking to.

Don't believe everything people say, spend all your money, or sleep too much.

When you say, "I'm sorry" or "I love you," mean it passionately.

Be engaged for 6+ months before marrying.

Never laugh at other people's dreams; people without dreams have no potential.

When you argue with someone, do so with respect. Attack the arguer's opinion without attacking the arguer.

Don't judge someone by their relatives and friends.

Great achievements involve great risk.

When you hear someone sneeze, say "Bless you."

When you lose the game, don't lose the lesson.

Respect everyone, and be responsible for your own actions.

Don't let a little dispute hurt a good friendship.

If you make a mistake, try your best to fix it.

Smile when you pick up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.

Spend some time alone; don't spend all your time constantly with other people, and vice-versa.

Spread to everyone you know about what you've just read, and world peace may be just a little closer to accomplishment than you think.

Sleep about 8-9 hours every night.

Eat at least 3 meals per day.

Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.

Don't eat within 1-2 hours before bed.
