APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- About two table spoons three times a day. Mixed with cranberry juice of course, because it's nayustyy. It cleans out your stomach each time you drink it and it suppresses your appetite and does like a whole lot of more things that work good, like clearing your skin or making you age more slow. Also if you mix it with honey I think it like enahnces it or something. Idk, but I know it's good to mix it with honey.

GREEN TEA- This works insanely good. Drink about 3-6 glasses a day. Every single time you drink a cup it makes your metabolism raise by 4% [[a lot]] and you can lose weight without even dieting. This is also good for pretty much anything. It's insane how much I recommend drinking this. Even if you don't have anything wrong with you. It prevents cancer, clears acne, prevents athritis, improves vision, makes you happier, gives you energy, and et cetera et cetera.

WATER- Uhm about ten glasses a day will do. As long as you don't go crazy. And no it's very very rare that you could drown yourself in it. I'm sure you could drink about twenty glasses a day and you wouldn't die. Trust me, it's very very obvious when you're drinking an unhealthy amount of water. You aren't just like, whoa I'm thirsty let me drink this water...and more...and more...oops I'm dead. Nahh, you're body will tell you. You know that sick feeling you get from drinking too much water at once? Yeah it's like that except multiplied. So try not to worry so much about drinking too much water. But this helps your food digest b/c it hydrates your other organs and helps your stomach and liver to focus more on what you're eating and increases your metablism. Also, you know how you pee a lot when you drink it? Well, that totally stops after a while of drinking water regularly. Because your body will trust you more and stop trying to get rid of all the old water you have in your body. Because that's what all that peeing is, it's your body taking every chance it gets to replace the water it's retaining in your body and replacing it with good water. So once that is done with, youre peeing will go back to normal.

And do yoga, buy a book or something.
