It sounds sketchy but people need to spread the word: FORESKIN CAN BE TIGHTENED! Every time the foreskin heals from an abrasion or cut, it tightens and every time existing scar tissue is opened up to heal again, it tightens! So, I'm not recommending this outright, but if you want a tighter foreskin, maybe organize some mild self-inflicted out of sight wounds. Technically, restored men have a ring of scar tissue that is INCREDIBLY CONVENIENTLY PLACED. If you are restored and you scraped JUST that scar tissue up and let it heal repeatedly, the tip of your foreskin would just get tighter and tighter until you got to the tightness you were looking for. Look, I know it sounds really bad and stupid even, but I'm not joking.

The more you strech it, the more it will loosen up. This is the case with all skin tissues and foreskin isn't any exception. So, all you need to do is retract your foreskin less frequently and especially when you are hard. I know it is difficult to resist while self pleasure or putting a rubber but if you want to get back your tighty, the one you had as a teenager, you might have to do just this much.
Properly retract and clean it up in the shower when it's soft, avoid pulling it all the way back while you are hard and you will notice the change in 4-6 weeks. Of course, you should let your glans breathe once in a while or whenever you hàve unprotected sex.
The plan is simple, the lesser you strech the skin, the tighter it becomes with the passage of time. This practice has worked twice for me in the past and right now I am patiently practicing this method again. Obviously, the time span for these results may vary from person to person according to nature and elasticity of their skin tissue.
