If by fraudulent case, you mean "suing you for something you didn't do".
You find all of the evidence that shows you did not do the action, or are not responsible for what happened, and you show up to court on the specified court date.
The judge is expected to rule on who is 'most likely telling the truth', so if you can find reliable evidence showing that you're not responsible for what you're being sued for, then the judge will rule accordingly.
