When you have Aspergers you are not stupid! People with autism have certain specific interests like art, history, or maths. When you're Autistic you are unaware of people laughing at you. Austistics wear things only for comfort, even if it doesn't match. A person might not wear contrasting patterns, but if they have autism they wouldn't care as long as it's comfy. They don't care how they look. This doesn't make them thick headed because even though their emotional age might be 5, their intellectual age may well be higher.
