Not really anything except plenty of liquids--and get good rest and don't ejaculate for longer periods in between sex (i.e. minimize masturbation, etc.).
There are number of foods which are beneficial for increasing sperm production: these include:
Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
Plums
Oranges
Lemons
Limes
Cilantro
Spearmint
