What can you mix with a sleeping pill to get knock out?

If it's a prescription sleeping pill, you don't want to mix anything with it. Especially not anything that would make you even more sleepy. It's very possible you would quit breathing. My husband used to take prescription sleeping pills and his doctor always warned how dangerous it was to take more then one or to mix them. Be careful.

Don't even try. There's a reason that, during surgery, there's a person sitting there whose job is to do absolutely nothing but make sure that the patient is safely anesthetized. If you try to do this at home without multiple years of medical training, you'll probably kill somebody.
