If you have a stressed fish then you should always take precautions.
First, if this is your fish's first week in their new aquarium then give him some time, however if it isn't then take either him or the other fish out to give him some space.
Second, make sure he just isn't bored. Add some decorations, plants, and even coral.
Third, change some of the water to make sure it is not the problem (don't change all of the water because it might stress him out even more!)
Next, look over all of your fish to make sure none have diseases.
Then, clean all of the decorations, plants, coral, and the tank itself.
Lastly, make sure you have a filter, it is clean, and working.
