If you're going to bother getting a Cat B1 licence you may aswell get your car driving licence. Hope this helps as I was looking to get a smart car to bypass the driving test thing as a quick fix. - Shuggy

∙ 12y agoYou can drive any three wheeled car - Morgan, Reliant, Bond etc, and some very light (under 550kg) 4 wheel cars such as the Axiam, providing you passed your bike test prior to October 2000, which gave you the B1 license needed to do this.
After that date, passing the motorcycle test only gave you the right to ride bikes, but also trycycles (3 wheelers) providing they weigh under 410kg.
This allows you to drive several clasic 3 wheelers like old Bonds (not the Bug) and the twin cylinder Morgan. However, as clasics, these aren't cheap to buy and you might be best advised to spend the money on driving lesons...
