What case would you use to support an argument that under certain circumstances juveniles can be subject to warrantless searches?

Answer:
Depends on the state. In some states juveniles have no rights, simple as that. In some states probable cause is necessary. If anyone juvie or adult is on parole or probation than they most likely gave up their rights to search when they signed a court paper agreeing "to cooperate with law enforcement officers".
