Take your dog to the vet if it seems to be having seizures, especially if other signs of illness are present.
Epilepsy is fairly common in dogs, particularly in herding breeds, but combined with vomiting and/or diarrhea, which is what I think you mean by "being sick," there's a very good chance that your dog has ingested something poisonous. In which case, fairly obviously, veterinary attention is going to be required.
Even if the seizures are idiopathic or the result of epilepsy, there are medications and practices that can help control the symptoms, which you would have to talk to your vet about.
