In the b-b-b-b-bible? Seriously, I've never heard any mention of Moses having a stuttering problem anywhere except your question.
A possibility:The idea that Moses stuttered may come from what he said in Exodus 4:10 - Then Moses said to the Lord, "O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue." [NKJV]Moses had some sort of speech impediment, which totally undermined his self confidence in speaking. The only description of the problem that the Torah gives is in Moses' own words, but it doesn't help much: He describes his speech in three Hebrew words which roughly translate as "I have uncircumcized lips." Consequently, for the purpose of delivering messages to Pharaoh in Egypt, Moses' brother Aaron accompanies him and does the talking. However, when speaking to the Jews before, during and after the Exodus from Egypt, Moses seems to have no conspicuous problem.
We don't know for sure that his "slowness of speech" was stuttering.
Yes Aaron was the spokesperson for Moses, as Moses used to stutter.
It is commonly thought by scholars that Moses stuttered; but the Bible is not specific about Moses' speech impediment.

You would not be considered a stutterer if you only stutter at certain times. Those who stutter all of the time do stutter worse in highly emotional situations.
Tom Felton has cussed in films, and has cussed a time or two in interviews, so it could be assumed that has sworn in his daily life. Whether he does it often or if he likes to is currently unsaid.
Aaron (notice the spelling) was Moses' older brother. Moses had a stutter, sowhen there was a message to deliver to Pharaoh in Egypt, Moses and Aaronvisited him together, and Aaron did the talking. Later, after the Exodus andduring the sojourn in the desert, Aaron was the first High Priest of Israel.Neither Moses nor Aaron ever set foot in the Promised Land during either oftheir lifetimes.

Moses never used those words. Rather, he said 1) The Israelites will ask Your name; 2) Who am I to speak to Pharaoh and to lead the Israelites; 3) The Israelites won't believe me; and 4) I stutter. For each of these questions which Moses raised, God provided an answer: 1) He revealed two of the Divine Names to Moses 2) He said that His Presence will be with Moses 3) He granted certain miraculous acts to Moses 4) He gave Aaron as a spokesman.
