Eating fat with carbs keeps the carbs from entering the cells. This makes people feel hungry soon after they eat. it also makes the blood sugar rise, since the carbs are not entering the cells. Try it; this sounded silly to me, but it works. Also, i take an iodine supplement most days. Only eat carbs wth fats if you are already feeling energetic and have some heavy work to get done soon. MJ
