What causes a high pitched whine when i apply the breaks the whine is constant after it sounds the first time and doesnt sound until the car has been driven and only after the breaks have been applied?In: Car Sounds |

Answer to what would cause a whine
It would probably be a good idea to replace your rotors, they are probably polished down. Possibly bad pads, and possibly a ceized piston in the brakes.
