it may be a leak in your air intake hose making the intake whistle when the gas is mashed.that is the hose leading from your air filter into your intake.

The problem here could also be that your windshield is not completely sealed to the body. There is some kind of black goo (sold in a long strip) sold at most auto parts places that you can pinch off and thumb in where the whistles are coming from.
