Im guessing this integra has an automatic transmission in it. The reason I say this is because it sounds like your trany is about shot. I realy can't say this is the problem without takeing a look at it myself. Peace

Probably needs a tune up.
you should check first your plugs and then the throttle cable if this does not help you then you need to take it in
