On my dog his bare belly is pink with brown spots why?

If it was born less than a few weeks ago, it may be blood stains from the mother. The most likely factor is that the mother had a Roan coat. If your puppy also has white fur, it is probably Roan. Roan is a mixture between Red and White caused by codominant genes for the allele that causes white fur and red fur. There is a chance that the Pup can be hurt, if it is blood, but it is very unlikely, since puppies tend to be near their owners[and visa-versa]. Try and wash it off, if it doesn't come off, it's caused by the mother's genetics, and your dog has red fur aswell as it's normal colour.
