Actually, they heal by themselves with tiny fibers (that i have no idea what is and I've been researching for over an hour...) and the fibers heal them by themselves so no worries!

But if you want to help, you can dab an icepack, it helps.

There is not exact treatment for this issue. In most cases, they heal on their own within a week. If the condition persists for longer than two weeks, consult a physician.

There is no treatment available or necessary for subconjunctival hemorrhage. The blood clears with time. Over-the-counter and prescription eyedrops do not change the course.
