Buy a new clutch
If it is a manual transmission I would suspect you have clutch problems. Possibly gear lube or hydraulic clutch fluid has leaked onto the clutch surface. The only repair is to replace the clutch and repair the leak. When you let the clutch out this causes the clutch to chatter thus causing the shaking.

Check and check.Going uphill causes an increased engine workload, try downshifting your gears. it it doesn't work, have your clutch checked.
You need a clutch job. The flywheel needs resurfacing as it is causing clutch chatter. Dan the tranny man
Assuming this is a standard transmission flywheel, if the clutch has been allowed to slip excessively and overheat the flywheel, it may have cracked and warped the flywheel clutch surface allowing the clutch to chatter during take off.
Overload can cause contact chatter. Once the contact closes, the voltage in the circuit collapses and that causes the relay to drop out. At this pint the relay energizes, since the voltage is back. This cycle will continue on.
