Dogs sweat by panting with their mouths wide open and their tongues hanging out, and dogs who get decent excersise (excuse me i know i spelled it wrong) would be sweating a lot, and whether they notice it or not there is always drool dripping off their tongues and from the corners of their mouths.

Big dogs drool naturally because their lips"sag/hang"; well, I'm trying to say that it's normal. Medium dogs might do it too, depends on their size. Small dogs aren't suppose to drool, if they do, you'ed better see a doctor.

No. All dogs drool. Drooling is caused by excessive saliva, which is produced if you're really hungry, if you see food or if you smell food. Humans drool too - except that we have better swallowing capabilities than dogs, so most of our drool just ends up in our stomach.
