could be from bowels and or uterus..you could possibly have IBS-constipation-uterine polyps-uterine fibroids-endometriosis-pregnancy etc there is so much involved in all this i would just need some more information from you..like are you bleeding? are your bowel movements normal do you have any swelling that you can feel or see? etc
