Over-fatigue causes head-pressure and ringing in the ears. Also a sinus infection and sometimes the start of the flu or a bad cold. Try taking your hair blower and put it on low until it's warm and then gently let the warm air go into each ear for about 20 seconds. This will help to alleviate some of it. Migraines can also do this so if it last for more than a few days it's best to see your doctor.

What causes ringing in your ears most of the time and dizziness when things seem like they are spinning at times and bad pressure in your ears and sinus and a lot of burning in your head?

Sinus congestion is probably the cause of the ringing in your ears and even the dizziness. When your sinuses become congested and blocked they create pressure in your head that can make you feel dizzy and even lead to tinnitus (this is the medical term for the ringing in the ears). The pressure in your eyes and in your different sinuses is also created due to sinus congestion. The burning feeling may be either due to infected mucus membranes that are making your mucus acidic, resulting in a slightly burning sensation. the other possibility is that you may actually have a fever due to a sinus infection. There are a wide variety of over the counter medications available that can help treat these symptoms. I would personally recommend Sinuswars as the company has a wide variety of products that will help treat different symptoms described in the question, but sinusbuster also has a good product for decongestion.

What would cause your sinuses to burn pressure and ringing in your ears you are dizzy and have low energy?

Hey there!! All the symptoms that you have described seem to be due to sinus congestion. what happens is that your sinuses become blocked due to excess mucus or because your mucus membranes are inflamed. This creates pressure in your head. This pressure can actually result in the symptoms that you have described: tinnitus (ringing or buzzing noise in your ears) and the dizziness. I have had sinus pressure problems previously The burning sensation that you have described is most likely due to infected mucus membranes. The fatigue is most likely due to a sinus infection that has run down your immune system. could also be dental problems

Does nasal congestion and ear congestion cause ringing in the ears?

A head cold can sometimes be associated with ear ringing because it can cause Eustachian tube dysfunction, which usually has ringing as a side effect. However, if it persists past a cold, a doctor should check it since it could be tinnitus or something else serious.

What should you do if you have a ringing in your ears and pressure in your head and you've had a CT head scan and heart tests and you have now been taking pills to relax but nothing seems to help?

The question does not state whether the scans and tests were normal or not. Assuming all tests are normal ringing ears is often tinnitus. It is miserable and cannot be cured. Some people find that loud noises make it worse. If it keeps you awake at night try listening to the radio quietly, tuned off a station so all you can hear is the hiss. It keeps the ringing sound at bay sometimes. People learn to live with it but it never goes completely away. Avoid rock concerts and pneumatic drills. If you have any wax in your ears it can make the tinnitus sound louder but having them syringed can also make it worse.
