I would make sure you've been diagnosed with migraine. Hypertension can cause some nasty headaches and also causes nosebleeds.

Also, the pain of the migraine (or as an effect of migraine medication) could cause an increase in blood pressure can cause nosebleeds. You may want to investigate this possibility, because one type of migraine preventative involves different medications for high blood pressure.

I would also ask if you are taking any migraine abortives (or any other medication) nasally.

Certain other migraine preventatives dry out the mucous membranes causing a likelihood of nosebleed. It is also possible that, for you, the process of having a migraine dries out your mucous membranes temporarily.

If you are losing lots of blood, then you may be light-headed simply because of the decreased blood volume. This is similar to people feeling light-headed when they donate blood.

I would definitely see a doctor for these repeated nosebleeds. They could be a symptom of a more severe problem or cause another problem such as anemia.

I also swallow alot of blood, and will continue to bring it up almost a week later. In fact last time I brought up three blood clots the size of toonies. Is this safe. Should I worry about getting blood clots through my blood stream.

Nose bleeds occur when capillaries within the nasal cavaty are ruptured. Capillaries are microscopic in size and can easily be perferoated in various ways - an example being, by a sneeze. That is not to say "it is normal to have a nosebleed after sneezing every time", there certainly are a number of other factors that may contribute to sneezing associated with nosebleeds/bleeding (e.g. such things as Allergies, colds, etc.) Additionally, stress can lead to nosebleeds as stress can raise one's blood pressure enough to rupture these small vessels. If you have no such other ailments and continue having nosebleeds attendant upon sneezing, definitely see your family physician or ENT as a precaution.

High blood pressure can cause headaches, dizziness, nose bleeds.

Dry winter air can cause nose bleeds, and a headache.

Another cause could be from severe nose picking, that can cause horrible headaches and nose bleeds.

Blowing your nose too hard can cause a very bad headache and a possible nose bleed.

But any combination of a headache and nose bleeding consistantly would warrant a visit to your health care practitioner. Probably is nothing but worth getting checked out.
