Is this a question? It happens to me often. My mother would say " your hand fell asleep." I think it is due to something pressing on a nerve. I just stretch, wiggle my fingers and shake my arm and hand until feeling returns If it worries you, ask your doctor about it, but do not make a special appointment for thiis.
