Constant pins and needles are a sign of bad circulation. It can also be a warning sign of Diabetes and maybe other health issues. There is a natural vitamin called Gingko Biloba that can help with blood circulation around the body. Also massaging the area where the pins and needles are occurring is a good remedy.
