It might be pingueculae, a discolored bump on the white of your eye. If that is the case, dryness, sunlight exposure or wind irritation may be the culprits. Artificial tears and sunglasses (to protect your eyes from sun and wind) are recommended. It may also be a good idea to have your eyes checked by an optometrist to rule out any threatening conditions.
Did it start out as a red bump, or had you noticed it before - was it a clear to light yellowish color? Its most likely pingueculitis caused by any one of a number of things... contact lenses brushing against them, Allergies, rubbing the eyes... If it's not terribly bothersome, you can probably use an over the counter eye drop, but - if you're having any discharge, watering or light sensitivity it could more of an infection, at which point, I'd advise seeing your primary care physician or your Optometrist/Opthamalogist so they can prescribe you an antibiotic or steroid drop to clear that up. Hope that helped... Cindy
It's nothing serious but it's just simply a pimple forming under an eyelid. It will pop on its own but I would not recommend someone trying to pop it themselves.
The bumps are pimples forming under your eyes. They are called stys. You usually get this if you touched your eyes with dirty hands or continually touch it with something youre not suppose to. You can fix this by using a hot tea bag and placing it directly on the trouble area. levae it there until all the heat is gone. If you dont have a tea bag, then wet a face cloth with water as hot as you can stand and place it on the bump until it starts to get cold. do this a couple times a day and it should be gone in a few days without it being noticed.
Sounds like an allergic reaction. I am not sure what you had come in contact with, but I've had this happen to me once. I fixed it by putting ice packs on the spot. Its probably an allergic reaction to something you touched. Hppefully its not fatal, which it probably isn't. Hpe this helped. -Joe
