Without knowing exactly what you are referring to as bumps, i.e. size, You may have Thrush. A yeast infection in the mouth. Usually you can help get rid of it by cutting sugars and simple starches (white bread) and drink regular non-sweetened (no Splenda, etc.) tea. The astringent qualities in the tea help get the Candida (yeast) population under control. Also, regimen of vitamin C and pro-biotics could be helpful. The actual cause of ANY yeast infection, regardless of location (bakers have been known to get them on their forearms) is an imbalance of the bacteria that eat the yeast and the yeast populations. So if you have suddenly changed something and the eaters are dying off the yeasties flourish. If for some reason your Ph Balance has changed that may be enough. Or if you are eating more sugars and simple starches than you use to you are force feeding the yeast into a population explosion that the eaters can't keep up with.
