Dextrose works for me in my son. Sweet tarts pixie sticksand and Smarties all contain dextrose without fructose. We seem to be fructose intolerant and the intestinal bacteria that like the fructose we can't digest flourish in our guts and make suffer gas. Dextrose helps balance the other bacterias that keep the stinky guys in line. Try it?

Giardia lamblia is a parasite that colonises and reproduces in the small intestine of humans, but is also one of the most common parasites infecting cats and dogs. Symptoms of infection would likely also include diarrhea, excessive gas, bloating and nausea. ∙ 13y agoi think it is eating to much protein and it might also be a virus because i went to the doctors and he said i had a virus and needed several tablets i have this none stop diarrhoea and my stomach s belching almost like it is rumbling over and over again and even if u do not know u accidentally poo your self's if you are not care full if you feel you have got to lose gas go to the toilet because that is what it is .......

∙ 9y agoMany things can cause a rotten egg taste and smell when belching followed by bad diarrhea. You could have eaten something that did not settle well or you might have food poisoning.
