What causes anal bleeding after exercise?

if there is a little blood it is just a fissure... which are painful but they go away in about a week. You might want to try drinking more water or taking a stool softener to prevent it from reoccurring

If there is lots of blood in you stool or you are bleeding (a lot being a vibrant red blotch on toilet paper you just wiped yourself with) seek medical help immediately

the pain could also be from straining to pass said stool, and you should drink plenty of water over the next week
