What causes the engine to hesitate or die when throttle is applied in gear on a 1996 saturn dohc only at operating temp no service codes all censers check out?

[Edit]

Answer

I'm thinking either faulty fuel pump or faulty coil pack. I'm leaning more towards the coil pack. These are notorious for breaking down when the engine get's hot. However, they should kick a service engine light which you say they are not. Which may lead to a faulty fuel pump.
