What chemical ingredients are in Dawn dishwashing liquid?

Answer:
In all honesty, it's a secret. Each dish soap uses surfactants which break up grease and form micelles when placed in water. These micelles trap the grease inside of a hydrophobic core, and are washed away since the outsides of the micelles are covered in hydrophilic tails.
