The chemical reaction that occurs is little particles in the air react with your skin and turns the color yellow. Iodine kills your skin and will eventually turn it black.
It turns brown because of a chemical in the bleach, most likely chlorine(Cl) or ammonia. when the water mixes with the certain chemical, it causes a chemical reaction that changes the color; in your case brown. hope this helped :)
