For you to be fresh (cool), the colour of clothes you should use are light colours such as white or yeallow. Those colours do not absorb the light and therefore they do not keep you warm. Thats why in the summer you tend to wear light coloured clothes. and in the winter you wear dark clothes because they absorb the light, radiation, and keep you warm.
