What color do dog's see?

Answer:
By human standards, dogs are partially color blind.
They cannot see the red or green frequencies. This means they can see

  • yellow and tints and shades of yellow, plus
  • blue and tints and shades of blue.

They see white where we would see green, and they see gray/grey where we see violet and indigo.
