I suspect you mean the color with respect to light. If this is the case then red light has the lowest energy of the visible spectrum. Of course visible light is just a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum, for example, infrared light has even less energy. The lowest energy would be found in radio waves.
Also it is important to realize that color is just a convention, it has no real physical meaning. Some other animal might see totally different colors.
Red is the color with the least energy, and violet is the color with the most.
Red has the lowest energy photons of visible light.
Red has the least. Any lower, and you'll reach infrared.
The smallest visible wavelength is that of light at the blue end of the spectrum.
Any shorter than that and it's not visible.
Each photon of red light carries less energy than a photon
of any other color in the visible spectrum.
Red has the lowest amount of energy.

Red Light
In the "visible" light it is violet.
The longest visible wavelength of light appears red. "Longest wavelength" is equivalent to 'lowest frequency'.
The color of light is related to its frequency or wavelength.
Its wavelength (or frequency).
The colour of visible light with the longest wavelength is red (approximately 700 nanometres).
That's blue light.
Red
In the "visible" light it is violet.
Violet (purple) is the highest energy color in the visible spectrum. It has a wavelength of about 400nm (4x10-8m), the lowest of all visible light.
The visible light with the shortest wavelength is the last color you can see on the blue/violet end of the rainbow. It's not exactly the same for all eyes.

The lowest frequency / longest wavelength of visible light are those of the last color you can see on the RED end of the rainbow.
The longest visible wavelength of light appears red. "Longest wavelength" is equivalent to 'lowest frequency'.
By the light's wavelength.
The last color you can see at the red end has the lowest frequency, longest wavelength, least energy per photon. The last color you can see at the violet end has the highest frequency, shortest wavelength, most energy per photon.
The color of light is related to its frequency or wavelength.
