how many stars are there in the Andromeda galaxy
how many stars are there in the Andromeda galaxy
Just about as far as the closest star in the Andromeda Galaxy. The diameter of the Andromeda galaxy is ... well, quite huge, but still relatively small, compared to the distance between us and the Andromeda Galaxy. And I believe this diameter may still be smaller than the uncertainty in the distance estimate!
The constellation, Andromeda, was named after the daughter of Cassiopeia. It is one of the largest constellations, made up of 16 main stars. Each star is named with a character or number and the name Andromeda at the end. (ex: 2 And, 41H. And)
To the best of my knowledge, it isn't. It is a regular star in a regular galaxy which will regalarly collide with Andromeda in a billion years.
star wars that's stupid, how about space Andromeda or Fahrenheit 461 or star trek.
