This will depend entirely on where you intend to use the silver.

If you are using it in "formal public space" for example a living room, or dinning room and are using the silver as the dominant colour in your decorating scheme, say in a feature wall, window treatments or fabrics for furniture, use dark colours, like navy, ox blood, forest green or even a deep saturated purple. I would avoid black (unless you are very confident in the choice) as it is a bit overwhelming when used in decorating as anything but an accessory colour. This will give you a very formal and elegant look.

If you are using the Silver in a "personal space" such as a bedroom or bathroom, then pick colours you like personally. I once did a bedroom for a client with a burgundy feature wall, pink walls and silver linens, window treatments and carpeting. It was a wonderful compromise for a couple who wanted a room that was elegantly feminine and yet not so "girlie" the husband couldn't live with it.

If you only want to use the silver as an accent, very nearly any colour will do will in combination.

For clothing, silver is a wonderful accent colour with any of the deep jeweled or saturated colours as well as black. It is less effective with pastel colours.

Those particular colors are quite neutral, so honestly a lot of them. It really depends on what mood you're trying to set. Blues and greens would work well for a calm "feel." While reds and Oranges make for a fiery mood. If you want a little energy, throw some neon colors in there! Just make sure the end result doesn't look like puke. (As an added note, black goes with everything.)
