Alot of colors can match a brown dress. If you are asking jewelry wise, maybe a blood red colored jewelry, or a dark violet. In my opinion, I wouldn't put brown with black. That is just my opinion, unless you could find a really cute brown outfit that would go with cute black boots. But don't let the black stand out from the brown, just wear the black to cover up.
A tip in making your dress a little sassy, maybe if it's not an elegant brown dress, just a tight waste one, you could wear like a belt across the waste. Like I said, maybe a blood red belt, or a purple one, or yellow. Yellow would make you bright. White, in my opinion, would be the dangerous manuever. Just, if you are planning to be a little darry, don't use to much white. Also, tan is a nice color with brown.
well the complement of green is red....hope that helpsXD

They are called complementary colors. The three primary colors on the color wheel are red (complement green), yellow (complement purple) and blue (complement orange). When used together, complementary colors (such as red and green) appear to be more intense than they do when used alone or with colors closer to them in the color spectrum. Complementary colors are the color pairs that are opposite of each other on the color wheel. Such as green and red.
Let's start with what colors have complements red and green blue and orange yellow and purple one of the colors in the pairs is a primary (where no colors can be mixed to make that color) and the other color is a secondary that cannot be made by two other primary colors that are not of its complement (green is made of blue and yellow while it's complement is red) if you mix any two complementary colors, it will make brown. However, since brown is made of a primary (red, blue, or yellow) and a secondary (green, orange, or purple) color it doesn't have a complement because it isn't a primary nor a secondary color. Black is made of equal parts of all three primary colors while white is no color. I don't think they are considered complementary colors, but the fact that brown has no complement, they answer to the question would be no. Not every color has a complement.
Violet
black
Red.
Dark colors in general are bad - black or dark purple can wash you out. Mid-tone colors like blue and green will complement your hair. Pale colors like white, lavender, or yellow will look great on you.
The complement of Pale blue is, a some what salmon color. A good medium between red and orange which is the complement of blue.
it does not make neutral colors :D
magenta!
On an artist's color wheel, green is the complement of red. Orange is the complement of blue. On a printing color wheel, cyan is the complement of red. Yellow is the complement of blue.
