Green and Blue. If you don't have green, try to mix yellow and blue evenly together, then add blue a small bit at a time until you get your wanted shade of turquoise. It is better if you have green and blue though.

In order to get the color lime you have to mix the colors green and white or you can mix turquoise, white, and a bright yellow. it will make a glowing bright lime
