A warm brown leopard pattern
There are a lot of factors in your choice of colour, most importantly, your personal taste. I have seen bedrooms done with either pale blue or soft pink walls and chocolate brown furniture that were are comfortable, elegant and great fun. That does not mean you can't use your favourite colour... brown works well with very nearly every other colour. If you are looking for inspiration, try looking into a good duvet cover, something with a pattern you really like. Then take your colour clues from it. You can either "tone down" the colours and use a pastel version of what is there or be adventurous and paint one wall a deep rich colour (from the duvet). If you want to use the duvet trick, look at the other things available in the same (or coordinating colours/patterns), you can often find window treatments that work with what you like. Above all, be sure you have permission from the owner of the building you are in... be it parents' house or dorm room, it is easier in the long run to have the fore-knowledge and cooperation of the owners.
To enhance the warmth of the peach colour, use brown (from dark chocolate to medium brown). The complimentary colour to Orange (also peach) is blue using it will make the peach "peachier" and the blue bluer. Use a green to get a brighter room.
