If you mean "scottish Kilt" instead of "quilt" then the colour depends on what clan (or Family) the tartan belongs to. My Kilt is made in my clan "Cameron" Tartan, which is predominately red with a white and yellow and green stripe. I'm not sure there is a certain colour of "quilt"
