I know it sounds bad but people I know have had the same problem alot of times if you mark no on the ? have you ever been convicted MARK NO . the worst that will happen they will say sorry sir and you leave or they dont run it which is usually the case or just mark yes and welll you know what happens then Sorry sir and then youre pissed cuz you were honest so give it a shot... any sales job is your best bet Time share companies

EDIT: WOW. NO. Do NOT listen to the above answer. As a former HR specialist, I can tell you that is the most unintelligent answer I've ever heard.

First off, The Gap Warehouse in Columbus does not run background checks. I did HR for a staffing company in Columbus and heard that constantly. Lifestyles Staffing does not run background checks, either. (I didn't work there. Heard that word-of-mouth) On your application, if it asks about your criminal history, and you have one, mark yes.
