I would dispute it with the credit card companies and once they will have to take care of it or will either not be able to contact the company and therefore have to take it off.
If someone is looking to get a Care One credit card, they should visit the official Care One website. On this site, one could fill out an application for a credit card and get instant approval.
You can contact a local health care provider or nursing home. You can use a search engine to find the nearest home health care provider.
The health care provider CPR card includes 2-rescuer CPR and use of the BVM which is not included in the community CPR.

Care credit is the regular card and care credit plus is for individuals that are a higher risk. If you get care credit plus they will require a 15% down payment for the procedure youwish to have done. Once you take care of that bill you can then receive a regular care credit card. I don't think they actally issue a card for care credit plus just your account number.
