your lymph nodes or glands that are swollen from some sort of infection if your concerned about anything go to your doctor and have them see what it is since no one can correctly diagnose your problem over the internet only your doctor can by examining what it really is hope everything works out for you Good Luck and God Bless!!!

∙ 16y agoIt could be either a sebaceous gland or a lymph node. Sebaceous gland... that's an oil gland that has become plugged, and because it continues to produce oil (sebum) it gradually swells and becomes a cyst (a fluid filled sac). These can become infected and swell and eventually drain a yellow cheezy-smelling material, a mixture of oil & dead skin cells from the lining of the cyst). Lymph gland... The lymphatic system is throughout the body, and is responsible for fighting infections and making antibodies to fight infections. They present as "knots" in the neck (front and back), under the arms, in the groin, etc. When fighting an infection they can grow quite large, then following the infection, return to small firm nodules that never fully return to pre-infection size due to scarring from fighting the infection... ∙ 18y agoIt could be a problem with your thyroid gland or a lymph node. Another possibility is that it could be a fatty growth called a lipoma. In any case - a physician should be seen.
