What could a small hard smooth round bump inside the nose that feels like its on top of the bone under the nose and is getting bigger but doesn't hurt and is only sometimes vaguely itchy be?

it is possible that this bump could be a nasal polyp. Nasal polyps are ussually non-cancerous growths that form due to damaged mucus membranes that have collected liquid and start to sag. But these are ussually a greyish color and tend to be soft. I would strongly advise a person to visit an ENT (ear nose and throat specialist) to have the growth looked at. If the growth is a non-cancerous nasal polyp there is an alternative to surgery (SinusWars13).
