It could be a fatty lump and ANY LUMP should be looked at by your doctor. Usually a specialist will use a biopsy needle to see if fluid comes out of it. Generally these types of lumps are non-cancerous, but one should always have it checked out and perhaps removed if it's a cyst because it could bother you in the future.
