This description is quite vague and could variety on a lot of factors such as your weight, activities, does it hurt after you have eaten, aanndd if there was any recent trauma to the area. If it hurts just as much while breathing and also pressure, then i would assume a fracture. But could also possible be a muscle attachment problem
