Could be sinuses. Your sinus cavity is located up and behind your eyes. Try taking a sinus medication of the proper dosage and laying down in a darkened, quiet rrom with a cool cloth on your head until the pain passes. Works for me every time.

∙ 14y agoI would consider consulting a qualified doctor for that, but the most likely cause of that may be a migrane, or possibly something related to bad eyesight, since your eyes, nose, and ears are all inter-conected - I have experienced such pains and wearing reading glasses did help!
