Poor circulation would cause your arms to feel cold. The pain in your left arm could be from your back being out of alignment. You could try visiting a chiropractor or osteopath and getting an adjustment.

∙ 17y agoThat could be a very serious medical issue and it's absolutely something you should contact your doctor about as soon as possible. It could be from a viraity of things, stroke, myocardial infarction (heart attack), or blood clot. It could also be something entirely different. If the pain becomes worse or the coldness becomes worse, I'd suggest you call 911 or get to a hospital quickly.
